Problem: The client needed to introduce new skills to professional staff. Research stated a minimum of 80 hours of development time was required, but it was not feasible to remove staff from work for that amount of time.
Solution: TCP used instructional technology to provide a blended approach for fundamental skills training. We then built an internal coaching skills curriculum with a targeted rollout and leadership support.
Outcome: Successfully introduced skills to >50,000 professionals over a three-year period.
